As we bring our fiscal year to a close, we are pleased to announce and welcome our newest Roofing Alliance Governor member Mary McNamara, Cornell Roofing & S/M Inc., Independence, Mo. In closing, I want to say thank you for the opportunity to serve as your president this past year. Since June 1, it has been a nonstop whirlwind of activity. It has been exciting to work alongside fellow members who truly care about our industry and whose passion, energy and drive are contagious. That’s how things get done, and our momentum is in full swing! At past meetings, there have been conversations about needing to really ramp up our communication efforts to get the word out about all we are doing. That is no longer the case! We now have vehicles in place to regularly communicate the critical role we hold within the industry, the advances we have made and how successful we can be when everyone in the industry works together. The Roofing Alliance offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in shaping the future of the roofing industry, which has been so good to all of us and our families. We need all members to remain actively involved every step of the way. Working together, we can continue to achieve great things with the Roofing Alliance. We will be in fine hands as Josh takes the reins. Josh has been a fantastic partner and is strongly committed to making us even better. Best wishes, Josh, as you begin your journey.
