Outreach During COVID-19

There are numerous ways our members have been reaching out, pulling together and helping their communities. Many of you have been connecting with your local Ronald McDonald House programs during COVID-19—conducting your annual roof inspections, helping with repairs, filling the House’s Amazon Wishlist, etc. Others have been busy making critically needed supplies.

We thank all of you who are offering a helping hand. Please share your stories with us. Here are a few ways we are aware of our members reaching out:

Antis Roofing & Waterproofing LLC, Irvine, Calif.—Instead of hosting Meals of Love at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California locations, the Antis team orders catering for the families staying at the house.

Duro-Last® Inc., Saginaw, Mich.—Hospitals throughout the world are experiencing critical PPE supply shortages, and team members at Duro-Last® Inc., found a way to help. Duro-Last engineers, product development and manufacturing staff united to fabricate and manufacture isolation gowns and face masks.

Wagner Roofing Co., Hyattsville, Md.—The Wagner team contacted its local Ronald McDonald House, Washington, D.C., and learned it has an Amazon Wishlist, so Wagner Roofing purchased as much as it could to help in a small but impactful way.
